I Love IT – Fair brings quality Italian products to Prague

Vienna-Prague-Turin, September 2013 – From 3 to 5 October 2013, the I Love IT fair invites visitors to discover and sample top Italian products at the Diplomat Hotel Prague. Exhibitors include 80 Italian small and medium-sized enterprises, which will inspire Prague's audience with upscale Italian Lifestyle. In charge of the culinary highlight, a five-course gala dinner on 3 October 2013, is a team that includes two Michelin-awarded Italian chefs.

From the latest fashion trends to exquisite culinary delicacies or select wines – Italian products have a reputation of offering quality and trend-setting innovations. From 3 to 5 October 2013, visitors of the I Love IT fair at the Diplomat Hotel in the 6th district of Prague will have a chance to embark on a short journey to discover the Italian way of life. For the first time ever, 80 Italian artisan enterprises will present their products in the Czech capital at an event sponsored by the Italian embassy. The invited exhibitors are exclusive producers of upscale goods of best quality. The three-day event gives visitors the unique opportunity to personally meet with producers, locate new market niches, make new business contacts and establish trade relations. The range of activities at the I Love IT fair includes fashion shows, wine and olive oil tasting, and cooking shows with award-winning chefs.

The first day is reserved for professional visitors – restaurant owners, wholesalers, retailers and shop owners. On the following two days, the fair is also open to the general public. Visitors can sample the goods and buy them straight from the source!

Gala Dinner “Benvenuto” on 3 October 2013

The five-course “Benvenuto” gala dinner on 3 October 2013 in the ballroom of the Diplomat Hotel Prague is the high point of this delicious event. In charge of the evening’s culinary perfection will be the Italian Michelin-awarded chefs Federico Delmonte and Errico Recanati (both two stars) together with Riccardo Lucque, one of Prague’s most famous restaurant operators, and Vladimír Kovařič, executive chef of the 4-star Diplomat Hotel. Also taking part will be top Czech chefs Radek Hasman (The Aromi) and Tomáš Černý (La Finestra). Guests will be able to view a live broadcast from the kitchen.

I Love IT was founded by the National Confederation of Artisans in Italy (CNA) to promote Italian arts and crafts and to introduce consumers to the concept of slow food, slow wine and slow fashion.
